Common Ostrich - Masai Mara, KE
This was on safari in the northern most section of the Masai Mara. Here is the quintessential bird for all birders that are listers. The size and strength is what I noticed when we got close enough. There was a female close and another 6 or so birds in the rocky bushed area behind us. Cool fact, the smallest bird in the world will fit in the eye of this, the largest bird.
