Eastern Kingbird - Hereford Ranch, WY

I have never understood the "Eastern" Description of this bird as the first time I ever saw one, he was on the coast of Southwest British Columbia, which is as far West as you can get. They are relatively easy to identify as they are white and black with a white tail tip. They can usually be heard before they are seen. This bird was in Hereford Ranch hunting off the barbed-wire fence just next to the road.
