MacGillavray's Warbler - Davis Lake, BC
This warbler is our answer to the Mourning Warbler on the East Coast of North America. Our warbler is very shy and typically doesn't come out from the dense undercover except to sing and claim territory. In our area of Vancouver, you can find this bird up the side of our mountains. This bird was no exception, living above Stave Lake along the shore line of Davis Lake.
