Northern Cardinal - Kea Lani, HI
Cardinals are some of the most beautiful birds of Eastern North America, but this bird is not supposed to live on the islands of Hawaii. Almost all of the birds found at the lower elevations were brought to the islands. They certainly bring some color to the island but like back home, they are very secretive.
