Shining Sunbeam - Tambo Condor Reserve, EC
Among a host of other hummingbirds, this rufous little bird lives at 3500 meters or 11,000 feet in the Andes. The Tambo Condor Reserve has several hummingbird feeders placed at the entrance and this hummer was a regular visitor. The shining sunbeam name comes from the colorful back seen here.
