Warbling White-eye - Kea Lani, HI
Formerly known as the Japanese White-eye, this bird is now known as the Warbling White-eye hanging out on the Bougainvillea. There are a great many of these birds and they usually can be found in pairs or small groups high or low in the other plants around the Wailea area. These birds were introduced from East Asia as are many of the birds found in the Hawaiian Lowlands.
