White-tailed Kite - Glen Valley, BC
This white and black kite has made its way north on an unexpected journey north from Oregon presumably to visit us here in Langley, BC This visitor is rare indeed, found by Danny our Langley phenom, He was only around for a day and moved on to parts unknown. There are a few birds that go on a walk-a-bout, like the Tropical Kingbird usually not found north of California, at least on this coast, but we will usually see one or two birds here in Canada.
