Along the mangroves of Long Key there were flocks of warblers making their way through the foliage. One of those birds was this little acrobat picking away at the crevices in the bark from all angles, including upside down. The long bill on this southern warbler allows it to get a places lots of other birds can't. Yellow-throated warblers are a Southwest United States summer resident but make their way to Mexico for the winter.
