Anna's Hummingbird - Veteran's Oasis Park, AZ
In Veteran's Oasis Park, this Anna's hummingbird was buzzing the orange trumpets collecting this evenings nectar. The light just happened to be in the golden hour causing this usually iridescent green bird to take on a golden tone. Hummingbirds use the nectar in the flowers to power their hunts for insects and their favorite snack has eight legs.
